No Jerseys,
but we play to win
Many companies like to call themselves "a family". We don't—and there's a reason. In families, awkward dynamics get glossed over, underperformance gets explained away, and difficult conversations tend to get postponed. Everything is fine, until it isn't.
We're more of a sports team (think Barcelona under Pep Guardiola; yes, we shoot high!). We train hard, play hard, and have each other's backs. We celebrate wins together. But when someone's off their game, we face it head-on. Because leagues aren't won by dodging hard truths.
The result is a tight, field-tested team that's navigated high-stakes challenges and emerged stronger with a common goal: driving your success and sharing in ours.
Our journey
Our CEO completes 6Minded's first project: HubSpot implementation for Docplanner Group, one of the largest HubSpot setups in Europe at that time.
First full-time employees join. 6Minded also gets its name—a reference to a perfection-oriented approach—and its first website.
We hit our first significant milestone: 50 HubSpot clients served, most of them from the US and Europe.
We become a Platinum-tier HubSpot partner and work with our first publicly listed client. To mark these successes, we launch a second version of our website.
150 clients served. We continue to climb the HubSpot partnership ladder, reaching the Diamond tier. We exhibit for the first time at the EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona.
6Minded grows to 20 employees. We become the first (and only) HubSpot partner in the CEE region to receive HS Awards. A busy year with a cherry on top: we met with Yamini Rangan, HubSpot's CEO.
We become the first triple-accredited HubSpot partner in CEE. We have 300 HubSpot implementations under our belt, including Strava, Nortal, and Siegfried, all leaders in their respective industries.
We're wrapping up our first team workation and gearing up for the final sprint on our way up the HubSpot Partner tiers: in June, we hit the top one, Elite. We start a long-term partnership with Everfield, a growing ecosystem of European companies, implementing HubSpot at scale.
A new website that matches our global HubSpot expertise—plus a new chapter as the technology partner for clients transitioning to us from another HubSpot partner.
Our culture
We like it here—that’s why our core team has stayed nearly unchanged for years. We like each other. Even as a fully remote team, we meet up every few months to reconnect over food, drinks, and wildly different (but always fun) activities. And we like meeting new people, too, so we're always on the lookout for the next great teammate.
Not another
HubSpot partner
Mat, our CEO, came across HubSpot while hunting for a better CRM at his old job. This lightbulb moment sparked the idea for starting his own HubSpot-first agency. Years later, we're an Elite-tier partner with the awards and triple accreditation to prove it. We've built genuine relationships with the HubSpot team, including founder Brian Halligan and CEO Yamini Rangan.
Beyond the tool, we share a common mission: to get you from leads to deals, with HubSpot. With 300+ successful partnerships between HubSpot, 6Minded, and our customers, we know it works—and we plan to keep living that mission every day.
Our team
Once a team of one, today, 6Minded counts 17 in-house HubSpot, web design, development, and content specialists.
The one who started it all. Among the first HubSpot experts in Poland, Mat spent several years building DocPlanner’s CRM from the ground up before moving on to the next project: 6Minded. More than 10 years in, his favorite projects are those that haven’t started yet.
When the work stops, Mat keeps moving: on the bike, on the tennis court, or on his way to the next destination across the globe. He enjoys the chill moments just as much, spending them with the family, good food (ceviche!), and a non-fiction book to stay inspired.
After hours: Too busy to write his own bio
Mateusz Jachna
CEO
For Michał, few things are as rewarding as a job well done. A graduate of economics and finance, he keeps 6Minded moving forward: optimizing internal processes, shaping our services, and connecting the dots across the business.
Curiosity drives him both at work and beyond it. Films, series, video games, escape rooms, sports, and discovering new places and people—true to his motto, Michał is into any good story or new experience. He once had a dog named Lucky, but jokingly insists he’s been unlucky ever since.
After hours: Chasing endorphins and end credits
Michał Wilk
Operations Manager & Account Executive
Need someone to keep projects moving and everyone aligned? That’s Magda. She connects clients, content, design, and development, answering questions, solving problems, and leaving no place for guesswork.
When she logs off, she chases pub quiz trophies, reads crime stories for fun, and will happily argue that her hometown brewery is objectively the best (she’s still trying to convince us).
After hours: The trivia titan
Magdalena Jurek
Head of Web & Digital Delivery
Wiktoria thrives on working with others toward a shared goal. Her project management experience spans startups, finance, IT, and sustainability, with a focus on turning innovative ideas into real impact.
Ideally, her office is somewhere on the other side of the world. Wiktoria loves sports (yoga in particular) and knows her rocket science: she’s built a fully functional one as part of a university project.
After hours: Digital nomad & yoga head
Wiktoria Kozłowska
Head of CRM Delivery
Stan believes the best solutions are often the simplest. It’s a principle that has guided him across disciplines, from studying engineering and economics to working in marketing and BI, and ultimately leading our CRM solutions team.
His hobbies are just as diverse as his experience. A seasoned electronic producer with multiple tracks and scores for TV commercials under his belt, Stan will happily talk philosophy, psychology, and analog photography—once he’s done with his run or padel game, of course.
After hours: Record producer & data wrangler
Stan Bartczak
Principal Solutions Architect
For Julia, everything comes down to planning and getting things done. Solving problems is her second nature—whether it’s coordinating a web project, jump-starting a car, or lighting a fire in less-than-ideal conditions.
When not doing that, she’s probably chasing a new academic course or sport (currently surfing), discounted flights, and perfect sunsets. Julia’s wanderlust is matched only by her love for dogs (and her signature hamster emojis).
After hours: Dog lover & travel hacker
Julia Szczurek
Web & Digital Delivery Manager
For Julia, there’s a plan for almost everything. Her tech background and a talent for organization help her bring structure to complex projects and keep the technical, human, and delivery sides moving in sync.
Her downtime is just as intentional: jogging and the gym to stay active, and a good book when she needs a break. Her current mission is to master German, but her true happy place is a musical, with a cup of tea and a dog somewhere in the room.
After hours: Eyes set on the goal (and the scene)
Julia Garlacz
Web & Digital Junior Delivery Manager
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, Maja naturally found her place in UX/UI design. She loves combining aesthetics and functionality, and enjoys the variety that comes with every new project.
Away from the screen, Maja spends her time with ceramics, drawing, interior design—and, of course, her cats. One of them has been with her since he was just six days old. In Maja’s own words, “I’m proud he’s made it so far with me!”
After hours: Full-time cat mom
Maja Wieczorek
Senior Digital Product Designer
Wiktoria’s journey to UX/UI led through another passion: gaming. After years of creating interfaces for GTA mods, Wiktoria shifted her focus to web design. Whether she works on a website or a gaming HUD, she loves combining functionality with aesthetics.
Hackathons and university science clubs keep her busy after work, but she always makes time for her biggest passions: music and singing. She also enjoys spontaneous adventures with friends, a good read, and handcrafts. Oh, and let’s not forget indiaca (no worries—we didn’t know what it was either).
After hours: GTA, DIY, UX & UI
Wiktoria Wojtczak
Junior Digital Product Designer
Artur took an unconventional path into tech, swapping economics for front-end development. A natural problem-solver, he enjoys building digital products that are both elegant and practical, always on the lookout for a better way to solve the challenge at hand.
Tennis, kayaking, cycling, gym, road trips, and long-distance travel? You name it, there’s a good chance Artur does it—and has photos to prove it. One of his proudest adventures is an epic cycle tour from the Tatras to the Baltic.
After hours: Tennis aficionado
Artur Chochla
Senior HubSpot Developer
Dawid is an old-timer: the first full-time hire in 6Minded’s history. Ask how it happened and he’ll simply say, “It just went this way!” He brings the same practical mindset to his work, building thoughtful front-end experiences for our clients.
After work, Dawid is usually building or fixing something around his house or enjoying volleyball (on the couch or on the court). He’s also a devoted dad, both to his daughter and an impressive collection of named houseplants that started with Paweł, a plant he rescued from the garbage.
After hours: Dave the builder
Dawid Kokoszka
Senior HubSpot Developer
Karol turned a lifelong fascination with technology and self-taught programming into both academic studies and a career in development. He’s motivated by building solutions that make a real difference in how clients work every day.
Between cycling, tennis, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding, Karol still finds the most joy in cars and motorsports. He imports and restores classic cars, and works on his latest project: renovating a vintage camper for future adventures across Europe.
After hours: Code by day, grease by night
Karol Krzyściak
HubSpot Developer
With a Master’s degree in Digital Economy, Dominika is always on the chase for the next a-ha! moment when an idea turns into a working solution. That mindset and curiosity made HubSpot implementation an easy career path.
Dominika thrives in the great outdoors, exploring mountain trails and jogging with her dog by her side. Her home time belongs to her houseplants and books. And the evenings? “Could I be any more of a Friends fan?” says it all.
After hours: Mountain addict & team Chandler Bing
Dominika Wędzel
HubSpot & Implementation Specialist
Between his love for stories and passion for learning languages, Ziemek was bound to work in content. He brings experience in copywriting, localization, and content design to help 6Minded write everything from websites and blog articles to team bios.
Besides reading, playing video games, traveling, and trying out new things, Ziemek has too many hobbies for his own good. Luckily, some actually stuck—just ask him about LEGO, the newest additions to his electronic music playlists, architecture, random world facts, or simply about his dog (preferred topic).
After hours: Prefers to write about others
Ziemek Waszczyszyn
Content Specialist
With a background in linguistics and years of experience in tech and marketing content, Joanna is 6Minded’s lead wordsmith. She brings together human insight with technical depth to create content that’s clear, practical, and genuinely useful.
Off the clock, she explores the jungles of her adopted home in Costa Rica, packs a punch in the boxing ring, and is rarely far from an audiobook, book, or podcast.
After hours: Jungle explorer
Joanna Borkowska
Content Specialist
A technical mind with a passion for turning complex into simple, Dawid was the perfect fit for a solutions architect. Today, he’s a key part of our CRM team, turning business requirements into smart HubSpot solutions.
After hours, he likes to stay curious. Exploring museums and historical landmarks is his thing, and he’s probably the only person you know who plays mahjong. He’s at home in imaginary worlds, too, be it comic books, video games, or anime.
After hours: In-house geek & mahjong mogul
Dawid Granat
CRM Delivery Technical Lead
Adrian Szyjak
CRM Developer & Solutions Architect
Kuba treats every challenge like a puzzle to solve through analytical thinking and imagination. Pair it with a technical background and experience, and you have a perfect candidate for a CRM architect.
He rarely misses a match or a race, enjoying football, tennis, volleyball, and Formula 1 live whenever he can. He’s also a multi-instrumentalist, with guitar as his mainstay and enough keyboard and drum skills to be his own band (with a cup of coffee always close by).
After hours: Coffee fanatic
Kuba Tomaszewski
CRM Developer
Filip implements CRM systems to help businesses turn organizational chaos into efficient processes. His patience and attention to detail prove invaluable when fine-tuning the platform to save teams valuable time and simplify their daily work.
A history buff, fisherman, and an avid traveller, Filip makes good use of these traits outside the office, too—by the water, waiting patiently for the perfect catch, or out in the wilds, unearthing forgotten artifacts with a metal detector in hand.
After hours: Nature seeker, treasure hunter
